

| Creative Laser Media & Design is regulated by local, state and federal government agencies for producing Laser Light Shows and displays. The F.D.A (Federal Drug & Food Administration) & F.A.A (Federal Aviation Administration) enforce strict guidelines for professional Laser Light Show Laser Light Shows that are produced outdoors are regulated with the F.A.A. The F.A.A requires a 30 day notification of a proposed outdoor laser light shows. Creative Laser Media & Design handles all paperwork and is in direct communication with all agencies. The customer is not required to participate in this process. At all times of a laser light show performance, no laser beams will come in direct contact with the audience. Laser beams can be terminated onto walls, screens, buildings, trees, mountains and even clouds. Some lasers have the potential to cause eye damage if aimed directly into the eye, or if someone were to stare directly into a stationary laser beam. Some high-power lasers used in entertainment applications can also cause burns or skin damage if enough energy (typically a stationary beam) is directed onto the human body and at a close enough range. Safety precautions used by Creative Laser Media & Design includes beam stops and procedures so that the beam is projected above the heads of the audience at all times.
